Who operates PagePatrol

What we collect

Account details: your email address, name or workspace name if you add one, authentication identifiers, and sign-in metadata needed to keep your account secure.

Audit details: the URLs you submit, selected language, chosen plan or audit type, audit status, generated findings, personas, funnels, walkthrough notes, screenshots, and reports.

Preview details: the URL and email address used to start a free preview, plus the preview link and basic delivery status.

Billing references: Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and payment identifiers. We do not store card numbers or bank details.

Operational data: IP address, user agent, rate-limit signals, error logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use the data

We use audit data to crawl the submitted website, detect funnels, run technical checks, create buyer-style walkthroughs, and turn the evidence into a report.

We use account and billing data to authenticate users, apply plan limits, create invoices, send service emails, and provide support.

We use operational data to prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate errors, and keep the product stable.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely mainly on delivering the service you requested, protecting PagePatrol from abuse, keeping business records, and your consent where you opt into optional communication.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying patterns to improve PagePatrol. We do not sell personal data.

Website audits and live submits

A normal audit inspects the submitted website without intentionally submitting forms.

Live submit tests are only used when domain ownership or explicit permission is verified. In that mode, PagePatrol may fill and submit a test form using audit identity data, then check whether a confirmation email arrives.

If you ask PagePatrol to audit a website, you are responsible for making sure you are allowed to run that audit.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers for authentication, payments, browser automation, AI processing, email delivery, hosting, storage, and error monitoring.

Current providers include Clerk, Stripe, Browserbase, Anthropic, Resend, Sentry when enabled, and our hosting and database providers.

We share only what each provider needs to perform its role. Provider details may change as the product evolves.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, linked audit data is removed from the active product database.

Paid audit reports are kept according to the plan or agreement attached to the account, unless you delete them earlier.

Free previews are limited and short-lived. They are designed as a first signal, not permanent storage.

Security logs, delivery logs, and billing records may be kept longer where needed for operations, accounting, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can download account data and request account deletion from the account area where those controls are available.

You can also contact contact@pagepatrol.ai to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where those rights apply.

You can also raise a concern with the privacy regulator that applies to you. In the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We respond to privacy requests within a reasonable timeframe and may ask for information needed to verify the request.

Cookies and security

PagePatrol uses essential cookies and similar technology for sign-in, sessions, security, and form protection.

We do not use advertising cookies in the product. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and the product experience first.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, backups, and monitoring to protect the service. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

PagePatrol and its providers may process data in different countries depending on where the relevant service is hosted or operated.

When we use providers outside your region, we rely on their data-processing terms and available safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the product, providers, or data practices change in a meaningful way.
