Terms of Service
Effective: May 15, 2026
These terms explain how PagePatrol may be used. By creating an account, starting a preview, buying an audit, or using the product, you agree to these terms.
Who provides the service
PagePatrol is provided by Grebit B.V., Posthoornstraat 11, 3011 WD Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Company registration: Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 95713107. VAT identification number: NL867255304B01. ABN AMRO IBAN: NL98 ABNA 0139 9039 33.
The service helps you review websites by combining technical checks, funnel detection, buyer-style walkthroughs, and editorial reporting.
Questions about the service can be sent to contact@pagepatrol.ai.
What PagePatrol delivers
A PagePatrol audit may include static checks, Lighthouse and accessibility signals, funnel detection, persona-style walkthroughs, submit and delivery checks where allowed, and a written report.
Reports are intended to support decision-making. They are not a guarantee that every issue, risk, or conversion opportunity has been found.
Audit results can be influenced by website availability, consent banners, bot protection, third-party scripts, network conditions, and the selected audit mode.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account access secure.
If you use PagePatrol for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to use the service on its behalf.
We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is misused, creates risk for the service, or breaches these terms.
Auditing websites
Only submit websites you own, manage, or are authorised to audit.
Dry-run audits inspect forms and routes without intentionally submitting forms.
Live submit tests require verified ownership or explicit permission. When live submit is enabled, PagePatrol may submit test data to forms and check whether a confirmation email is received.
Do not use PagePatrol for vulnerability exploitation, credential harvesting, spam, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or any activity intended to disrupt a third-party website.
Plans, credits, and billing
Available plans, audit allowances, and prices are shown on the pricing page or in a signed agreement with Grebit B.V.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we make available.
Bank transfers are only available when explicitly agreed in writing. If used, the Grebit B.V. payment reference is ABN AMRO IBAN NL98 ABNA 0139 9039 33.
If payment fails or a plan is cancelled, we may pause new audits, limit access to paid features, or stop recurring processing until the account is in good standing.
Plan names, included features, and monthly audit allowances may change over time. Active customers will be notified when a material change affects their account.
Reports and permitted use
You may use reports created for your account for internal work, client conversations, planning, proposals, and implementation follow-up.
You may not resell PagePatrol itself, present the platform as your own software, or bulk-extract reports to build a competing service without a written agreement.
You remain responsible for decisions made from the report and for how recommendations are implemented.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep PagePatrol reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, or unexpected incidents.
We may change or remove features when needed to improve the product, protect the service, or keep the audit flow stable.
Where possible, we will communicate material changes before they affect active customers.
Responsibility and limits
PagePatrol is provided as a professional audit and reporting tool. It does not replace your own judgement, implementation review, legal advice, security review, or commercial decision-making.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, third-party tools, inbox delivery behaviour, website changes after an audit, or outcomes created by changes you choose to make.
To the fullest extent allowed, Grebit B.V.'s total responsibility for a claim related to PagePatrol is limited to the amount paid for the affected audit or plan period.
Closing accounts
You may stop using PagePatrol or delete your account from the account area where that option is available.
We may close or restrict an account if it breaches these terms, creates operational risk, or is used in a way that harms PagePatrol, Grebit B.V., other customers, or audited websites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law requires another forum.
Contact and updates
For questions about these terms, contact contact@pagepatrol.ai.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The latest version is published on this page.
